In detail it can be included between: elements of type images <img> elements of type <image> inside elements of type <svg> elements of type video <video> background image elements loaded through the legendary url() function used within CSS A Block-level element that contains text or other elements What matters is what appears in the opening viewport of the site while everything "below the fold" is not considered.
