The explosion of the pandemic that we have been experiencing for a few months has represented, since its early stages, the driving force for the adoption by many companies of the " smart working " working method and for the adoption of video conference systems : from a tool we had to resort to to overcome the first phase of the emergency, the use of video chat, teleworking, webinars and video meetings are transforming into tools that will accompany us permanently once the need to limit travel has ended.  We had already explored some tools for smart working in recent months , analyzing some of the many solutions available online.

The video chat or video conference software offered by the market for the business world is numerous, many of which are free, and allow meetings between multiple "remote" participants, with a series of advantages ranging from logistical ones, linked to the movement of people, to others linked to greater work efficiency.With the increase in digitalisation, videoconferencing systems have spread quite rapidly among companies, especially among those that had already decided to rely entirely, or partially, on smart working models.But the phenomenon, especially due to recent events, has also taken hold among institutions, professionals, schools and universities.
